I am currently looking for work within the creative industry, I understand that you work with a large team full of many educated and experienced people who are in the field already, I would love the opportunity to be part of the industry however big or small.
Although I have no real experience working within the creative industry, in my spare time I have assisted my friend who wrote for the fashion page for the university paper, to fulfil my interest and gain some experience where I could. I also voluntarily worked closely with a fashion website for over a year where I expressed my creativity and views on the latest trends to hit the catwalks. As I have a keen interest for the Fashion industry, I am willing to work hard and to the best of my ability.
Unfortunately Fashionista-Sistah closed down in January 2010 attached is my reference letter.
The fashion industry is unique in terms of the exciting challenge it presents to those who work in it, it is also diverse and broad in its appeal and I believe this is an industry where I hope to accomplish my ambition and move up within this sector.
I am a highly motivated self-starter who can work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. With my background, I can provide dependable, accurate, and timely work. If you have something suitable for my background which would fit with my future goals I would very much like to work for the fashion industry on an ongoing basis.
