As you can see from my attached CV I have worked in Fashion PR & Marketing in London, working with high end luxury brands. I worked closely with the PR, Marketing and Sales staff. This role included organising and assisting with sample sales, visual merchandising of the products & responsible for organising the showrooms for events, press days and meetings. I was also responsible for managing, creating and updating the press books, catalogues and website. I liased with magazine editors, photographers, stylists, buyers etc. I attended events such as in-house events, fashion shows and product launches to network and gain contacts. I also helped organising in-housing events from creating invitations, gift bags, press releases, visual merchandising etc to coordinating the event. I have also worked in retail whilst being at university.
After completing my degree in BA (HONS) Fashion Promotion, I decided to take a gap year and go travelling around Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. This was truly a great experience both cultural and social. I spent 2 months travelling around New Zealand, and 2 months travelling the East Coast of Australia before residing in Sydney and working in the CBD. I gained different experiences throughout the year. I interacted with people of different nationalities and cultures and was able to experience living in such a vibrant city.
Together with the experience I have gained to date, I am able to offer the willingness to work within a high-pressured environment and the ability to communicate well with people at all levels. I have various experience working in all types of offices and I am open to any and all opportunities that you may have available.
