I have recently completed my degree at London College of Communication, University of Arts London, studying BA (Hons) Marketing and Advertising specialising in PR and promotion. I believe that the skills I have gained through my degree, and diverse work & life experiences will enable me to be a strong candidate in the PR industry.

I am a really keen swimmer and have been ever since I could walk! I love getting out in the sun and being in the fresh air. When I can’t swim I try to keep fit by running regularly.
One of my other passions is fashion, art and photography. I love keeping up to dates with styles from around the world. I was an active team member of the drama, fashion and magazine societies at university. And have carried that passion into the roles of assisting and being the creative director of photo shoots for up and coming photographer Ilana Baxter.
I enjoy travelling to other countries. I love to meet new people and experience different customs and cultures.

The work experience I’ve had at Latienne Communications, Missoma and Storm Modelling Agency were invaluable experiences in a corporate environment, and gave me an opportunity to gain knowledge in these sectors and develop my Media and Client Liaison, Event Launches and skills in Research and Reporting. My most recent experience at Latienne Communications was an effective introduction into the PR industry. As the PR Coordinator, I had to maximize the PR opportunities for the brands by assisting in writing effective press releases, pitching various feature angles for editorial stories to journalists and maintaining daily contact with the journalists. As the Showroom Manager I was handling all the press appointments for the company, which included meeting journalists and stylists from various publications such as Tank, Grazia, Vanity Fair, Jewellery Focus, Look, Now, Glamour and Cosmopolitan etc. Being the Showroom Manager my main responsibilities was also to ensure that the showroom was well run and organized.

Being the admin and PR assistant at Missoma - A luxury jewellery company where I helped with the managing of the brand, online shop and general admin duties. In addition, I assisted with the press, carried out press research and helped answer the enquiries, processing press orders, sample requests forms, ensuring the return of press sample, and maintaining the jewellery showroom.

I hope that I’ve persuaded you that I am a committed and ambitious individual, and that you will give me the chance to transmit this into the position at the company. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you.
